@X3EWhat is a Forum?
@X3F
	On The Board the forums will contain the majority of the content
offered. Including the file areas and message areas. Here is a list of the
various items that will be offered through the forum system.

		File Areas Files pertaining to the topic of the forum
		Message Areas	Message areas on the topic of the forum
		Chat rooms	You will be able to communicate with users
				currently in that forum
		Forum Info	Information about the forum plus a forum
				could offer online text files on the topic
				of that forum

	Each forum will be run by one or more forum sysops. The forum sysop
is there to answer any questions that the user may have about that forum
plus they are there to monitor the message and file bases, and post any
relevant information in the forum news and bulletin areas. The only forum
sysop for this forum right now is myself. Once the forum software becomes
more complete we will be letting some users run thier own forum. This will
allow a user to become a forum sysop on a topic they have interest in. For
example, a user with an interest in computer programming could run the
programming forum, or a user that likes cooking could the the cooking forum.
When we are ready to offer this we will be setting up a method of requesting
a position of forum sysop in an existing forum or requesting an new forum to
be created. Once we get close to that time we will be posting the rules,
requirements, and benefits for you to review.
