CONTINUE: This option lets you add additional lines of text to
the end of the current message in the buffer.

DELETE: This allows you to delete a complete line of text from
the buffer. The following lines are moved up to fill the blank
line.

HELP: Displays the textfile you are now reading.

INSERT: This option inserts a line of text between existing
lines. It may be a blank line if desired.

LIST: This displays the current message text from the buffer
showing line numbers. You may pause the display with (P)ause
or control-S. See VIEW.

PARENT: Redisplays the text of the parent message to which you
are replying. Now you can refresh your memory of what was said!

REPLACE: This option will either replace a complete line by
retyping or "search and replace" a string of characters in
a given line. If the first character of the replacement text
is not a question mark (?) the new line replaces the old line.
If the first character is a question mark, then the current
line is searched and marked. You may then type a replacement
for the marked text.

SAVE: Saves the message in the buffer to the message base. You
are then returned to the Message Base Menu or returned to
reading messages.

VIEW: This displays the current message text from the buffer
without line numbers but with word-wrap turned on to your
screen width. You may pause the display with (P)ause or
control-S. See LIST.

QUIT: Allows you to exit the message entry subfunction. You are
able to exit with or without saving the message in the buffer.
The difference between SAVE and QUIT is that quit allows you to
exit without saving the message buffer to the message base.
