* 'ABCDE' would be 'Disgrace'
* 'ABCDEFG' would be 'Normal'
* 'ABCDEFGHI' would be 'Special'
* 'ABCDEFGHIJKLNPR' would be 'Cosysop'
* 'ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQR' would be 'Sysop'

A       Log off, Yell, Leave message to sysop on exit
B       Enter mail area but cant read mail, Answer questionnaire
C       Mail reading, editorial, info items etc, general read access
D       Mail writing, change basic user settings, write access allowed
E       Enter files areas, but cant up or download except magic names
F       File download
G       File upload
H       No download limits
I       No logon time limits
J       File overwrite on upload, use file manager, can delete files
K       Read private mail addressed to others, read mail pending deletion
        can turn on kludges
L       Kill messages addressed to others, update or crosspost them
M       Access to whole machine filing system
N       Change other user's settings, write to others in sysop area
O       Can download passworded files without knowing password
P       Can access sysop menu
Q       Can vary the origin address for messages in areas of type 'A'
R       Can get a "raw" directory of private file areas
S       Can use the 'ringback' program
T       Can use the "crossreply" and "crosspost" overlays
