Usage: send <text>
-or- send <port number> <text>
-or- send <name> <text>

The send command sends a 'telepathic' message to another player or
players. If you wish to send a greeting to everyone on the game you would
enter 'send hello everyone!'. All the other players currently signed on
would receive the message 'Px (your name): hello everyone!', where 'x' is
your port number. If you wish to send a message to only one person (say,
the person on port 4) you would enter 'send 4 hello there!'. The person
on port #4 would receive the message '#x (your name): Hi there!'. You can
also send a message to just one person by using their name,
i.e. 'send sysop hi there!'.

If you don't wish to receive messages of this type from someone, or if you
don't wish to have messages of this type sent to someone, use the "ignore"
command.
