Usage: bash <player name>
       bash <monster> <x>

Bash is an attack on a player or monster where your goal is not to inflict
damage, but rather to render the target more open to attack. Your chances of
successfully bashing a target are based on your strength and dexterity vs. the
strength and dexterity of the target.

There are three possible results of an attempted bash. You may totally fail,
or you may partially succeed or you may totally succeed. If you fail, nothing
happens. If you partially succeed, the target is "staggered". This means that
they are "vulnerable" (i.e. open to counter-strike) and their action timer is
set. If you you are totally successful, then the target is "knocked down".
While knocked down, monsters cannot flee and their action timer is set to
twice the value of just being staggered. (Players have a chance to flee while
knocked down, see 'help flee').

When vulnerable, a monster (or player) has 20 subtracted from their AC, down
to a minimum of 0. Being vulnerable also renders a target more open to further
bashing.

You cannot bash while levitating (not enough leverage).
