       SuperUser only

   @C6This command permits you to change the account status of one or more users at a time. Specifying no user allows you to directly access one or more user accounts. The alternate method allows searching for specified user. When a user is found in a search (and when editing a single user) you will be shown the user. A prompt will appear which permits you to display, edit, or skip over the account. If the user has not been validated, you will be allowed to do this at this time.

@C1@HNote@R@C6: A user cannot edit his own account unless they are in Super-2 mode.

@C5Options:@R
@C3-B @HSet/reset access bits.@R@C6 Permits you to set or remove a selected number of
     bits from all user accounts. This flag cannot be used in conjunction
     with the @H-V@R@C6 flag. Using this flag in the @HUSERED@R@C6 command will not stop at
     each user when one is found. This option is most often used when you
     have just created or removed a base, and wish to clear or set an access bit in all user accounts. It is available in Super-2 mode only.

@C3-D @HSearch by date range.@R@C6 Permits you to specify a range of dates for the
     user scan. You will be asked for a starting and and an ending date,
     using using the HH-MM-YY format.

@C3-H @HSearch by handle filter.@R@C6 Allows you to search for a given handle or
     handles based on a wildcard entry. You will be prompted to enter a
     handle filter which can contain all or part of a user's handle. There
     are no wildcard characters involved. Any handle that contains this
     filter as part of the handle will be found and displayed.

@C3-M @HSearch by maskbit.@R@C6 With this option you may search for users by the
     bits set in their access mask. The first question you will be asked is
     to enter the mask bits you wish to search for. If any account contains
     any one of these bits in their access mask, it will be found and
     displayed. The second question is similar to the first, except that any
     account that does not have ALL of the selected bits SET will be found and
     displayed.

@C3-V @HDisplay nonvalidated users.@R@C6 Includes all users who have not yet been
     validated in the user search.

   With the exception of the @H-V@R@C6 and @H-B@R@C6 flags, all flags may be combined. All flags operate on an @Hall conditions must be met@R@C6 basis. For example, if you search for a user with a date range, only the accounts that meet both search specifications will be displayed.@R
