Command = B

Back up and show the previously shown file description.  This is a handy
command if you've just finished Viewing a file and wish to View it again,
Mark it for Batch download or Download it immediately.  "-", a dash or
minus sign, works the same.

Continue

Command = C

Continue to the next file in the DIR listing.  Enter, or any key other than
B, C, E, M, Q, V or H also advances to the next file.

Download

Command = D

Immediately download this file using your current protocol.  Use the M)ark
command if you are running a batch protocol such as HS/Link or Zmodem.  You
will be returned to this DIR listing upon completion of the download.

Edit

Command = E

Edit the list of files marked for downloading.  You may remove files from
the list to free up extra time.

Mark

Command = M

Mark this file for later BATCH downloading.  You must use a batch capable
protocol such as HS/Link, Zmodem, Batch Ymodem or MS-Kermit for this
feature.  Each time you select this option you will be shown a list of all
the files you have marked so far.  Use the E)dit command to remove one or
more of them.  Use the Q)uit command to start the batch download.

NonStop

Command = NS

Continue the listing in Non-Stop mode.  Use Ctrl+S to pause and Ctrl+K to
abort.

View

Command = V

View the table of contents of a ZIP, LZH or self-extracting .EXE compressed
file.  This command also allows you to R)ead one or more of the compressed
files within the archive and/or D)ownload them.

Quit

Command = Q

Quit the listing.  BROWSE mode remains ON.  If any files were M)arked for
batch downloading, the file transfer will begin.  N or NO also stops the
listing.

SEND

SEND allows you to send a message to a caller on another node of a
multinode system.  This command may be disabled by the SysOp and might not
always be available.

Syntax:  SE[nd] [;] node# ; text

The first semicolon is optional, the second is required.  Also see WHO.

SENDOFF

SENDOFF allows you to block SENDs from callers on other nodes on a
multinode system.  The status of this command is permanently stored in your
user record.

SENDON

SENDON restores your ability to receive SENDs from callers on other nodes
on a multinode system.  The status of this command is permanently stored in
your user record.

WHO

WHO or UST (UserSTatus) is a multinode system command which will display
who is logged on the system's other nodes.

If the phrase "is BUSY" is in a line of this status report, then that
caller cannot be SEnt to.

CLD

CLear between Descriptions

This command allows you to toggle the clearing of your screen between file
descriptions when BROwse mode is on.  It has no effect when BROwse mode is
off or when running LZHN/ZIPN.

CLD is a global command available at all three main prompts and may also be
issued at the BROwse mode prompt shown at the end of each description.

Syntax:  CLD

GOOF

Hitting your Escape key while at any prompt (except inside the message
editor) will erase whatever you have typed and redisplay the current
prompt.  This is easier than pounding on your backspace key.
